This form is for those who had filled out an entry last year.  Your information in still intact from last year and you will need to only update the "Parade Application".  Those who donated $300 or more will be listed under Supporters. Those who donated $600 or more will be listed under Supporters and under Major Sponsors on the frontpage (we are going though last years list in January). Fill in the form and you will receive an email with further instructions within 48 hours.
